It was a pleasant stay, not rating full because of one incident (rude behaviour of restaurant staff)

Location is good, house keeping services are perfect.

Lovely hotel, in a nice area of new Dehli?, Although nothing outside, so transportation needed . There are plenty of tuk tuks available. Beautiful interior with lovely comfortable rooms. Good location with poor rooms

The rooms are very old, needs revamp very badly. The furniture, bathroom tiles & fittings are really old and need desperate upgrade. The pictures shown on the website are from the inauguration day of the hotel, currently nothing is even close to it, only well maintained part is the entrance & main reception lobby area. If you have booked through booking.com or other portals then they will give you the smallest room possible in that category! The breakfast is same for all 6 days, they only change the menu for Sunday which is very unusual & never heard, so think before you opt a room with breakfast.

No tissue box in the Room, No complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, Bathroom door couldn’t get shut well so the water was just flowing in the whole bathroom. AC was noisy and could hear the people next door.

Asking extra for ice and longer stay while checked out and checked in time 2pm which is too late, A/C un controlable, poor service internet , food is too expensive. Room price high.

It’s an OK hotel for a brief stay

Breakfast had a lot of variety and the location is good because all main attractions and shopping areas are within 20mins.

Windows don’t open for fresh air therefore the rooms smell stale and damp. The outside area is closed at around midnight and therefore can’t go outside in the garden area. The only way out would be through the front door. They host events so the lobby area can be very very busy.

Everything is good Except the food quality. Need to improve lot.

Rooms are clean!! Staying inside the room is good. Breakfast is not Good. Rest all are ok. Since the food taste is not good, I had the food outside, but lot of options around this hotel for the food. They told outside food are not allowed which is good. We will have outside a very good food with very good ambiance.

Look nice and good location

The reception and counter staffs are not friendly. The price is expensive but it is so small room. The staff should be more welcoming the guests, especially the female staffs.

The breakfast is average. Menu can be far better.

The rates are exorbitant. For a normal middle class family the rates should be revised. Basic amenities like tea, coffee or ice should be nominal.

Disappointing.

Location is good. Swimmimg pool is good one. See off by the doorman with great turban was well appreciated.

Response from front office persons was worst of all. " Go ask booking.com" was the answer given to me when i was misinformed about possibility of extra bed in the room. i did upgrade to junior suit to accommodate my daughter. And it was horrible. Bathroom floor was clogged with water and quality of house keeping was very disappointing. When i requested for bedmaking of the sofa cum bed, one person came to just give two bedsheets and a pillow without cover and left without even bothering to pull the bed out from frame. Phone lines to different services were non existent. I stayed earlier in the same hotel several times when it was managed by Ramada group and present management team is a far cry from the previous one. By the way See off by the doorman with big turban was good and we left with some good feeling about the place.

It´s all about appearance in the glamurous lobby but all gone when you enter the rooms.

As stated above, but clearly the location and certainly the staff, always very helpful

The cleaning of the rooms is just not good. It is in certain need of refurbushing as you can tell, even from the odour, that it has become creeping old furniture and worn out of walls, curtains, tiles... Very disappointing the misalignment between the splendorous lobby and the poorly mantained rooms and cleaned (with hairs in the shower, and corridors and common areas leading to the bedrooms, dust in drawers and behind the bed, dirty walls,...).
